Default new v.i.l badges

i'm sure you've all probably noticed that the v.i.l badges have been updated. however if you can't see them, i've taken the liberty of telling you how you can!

the new badges were designed by matt so if you have any complaints or compliments, you know who to turn to.

if you can not see them, you probably need to clear your browsers cache, as it'd still be caching the old ones.
